Requests for Service / Repair / Warranty / Crash Replacement

Because we want you to get back on the bike as soon as possible after a fall or accident, we offer a crash replacement service.
With this Crash Replacement offer you buy your new tune product for 30% of the RRP plus € 6.55 shipping within Germany.

To take advantage of this service, please complete all other fields and send us your defective product, together with the generated printout.

Once we have received and evaluated your product, you will receive a quote.


We reserve the right not to offer this service on a case-by-case basis if we find that damage has been willfully caused or is solely optical defects.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to replace the article with an equivalent alternative article.
The crash replacement offer is based on an exchange between old and new. Damaged components become the property of tune and are disposed of properly.


From the date of purchase, Tune grants a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts such as ball bearings, rims, spokes and pawls are covered by a 1-year warranty. Warranty claims can only be made upon presentation of an invoice (copy) from an authorized Tune dealer. The goods to be claimed must be clearly marked on the invoice. Your contact for warranty and warranty claims is initially your dealer from whom you purchased our product. Repairs and alterations beyond the statutory warranty (2 years from the date of purchase) will not be carried out or reimbursed by us free of charge.

There is no entitlement to warranty service with:

- Wear of wearing parts
- improper use or careless treatment
- Failure to comply with the instructions in this manual and with instructions for use
- improper repair, assembly, maintenance or negligence
- Defects and damages due to the fact that no original Tune spare parts were used when replacing wearing parts
- Damage caused by incorrect storage (pattern of salience, spoke crossings, spoke tension, etc.)
- Removal or modification of serial numbers

Warranty claims must be clarified on the spot and are subject to the discretion of Tune. The Tune company is not liable for damages under this guarantee, in particular for indirect accident-related damage, indirect damage and consequential damage. We can not guarantee a color consistency. Anodized Tune products can fade when exposed to sunlight.

For the preparation of a cost estimate, we charge a service fee of 25 euros. When placing the order, the amount will be fully credited. In the case of a rejected cost estimate, a return of the non-repaired goods will be charged. The goods will be shipped with UPS. The shipping costs are 6,55 Euro plus VAT within Germany.

Please clean the article. For soiled items, we charge a cleaning fee of 20 euros.
